Bodies Of Two Students Swept Away At Pentakota Beach Found
The teenagers had travelled to Payakaraopeta to attend a function at Rajiv Colony before visiting the beach.

VISHAKAPATNAM: Bodies of the two students who were swept away by strong waves at Pentakota Beach have been recovered following an extensive search operation on Tuesday.
Gampala Tanish, 16, from Payakaraopeta and Abhilash, 18, from Rajavommangi in Kakinada district disappeared on Monday while bathing in the sea along with their family members.
The teenagers had travelled to Payakaraopeta to attend a function at Rajiv Colony before visiting the beach.
"After the function, they went to Pentakota sea along with their family members for a bathe," said circle inspector Appanna of Payakaraopeta police station. "Unfortunately, they were swept away by strong waves," he said.
A coordinated search operation involving local and marine police, fire personnel, and expert divers swung into action to trace the missing students. Their bodies have been recovered and shifted to Nakkapalli Government Hospital for autopsy.
